摘　　要：对药是千百年来历代医家经过反复临证而点滴总结出的经典药物配伍,临床常用而且多取效迅捷,临床上相对单味中药而言,其具有增强疗效或减轻毒副作用的效果。此文精选治疗肝硬化腹水临床常用且配伍严谨、疗效显著的药对,分析药对配伍形式、应用来源及临床应用范围,以期为提高肝硬化腹水临床治疗效果提供更多指导和借鉴。For thousands of years,couplet medicines are the classical medicine compatibility summed up by successive doctors after repeated clinical symptoms.It is commonly used in clinical practice and the effect is more rapid.Compared with single traditional Chinese medicine,it has the effect of enhancing curative effect or reducing toxic and side effects.This article selected the commonly used couplet medicines with rigorous compatibility and significant efficacy in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites,analyzed the compatibility forms,application sources and clinical application scope of drug pairs,in order to provide more guidance and reference for improving the clinical treatment effect of cirrhotic ascites.
