摘　　要：溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种非特异性炎症性肠病,主要表现为黏液脓血便、腹痛、腹泻和里急后重,并伴有其他全身表现。临床以发作、缓解、复发交替为特点,缓解期UC虽然病情得到控制,但会出现腹痛、腹泻、黏液便、或少量血便、排便不尽、急迫感或肛门坠胀等,属中医“痢疾”“泄泻”范畴。缓解期病机为本虚标实,以脾虚为本,浊毒之邪留恋。当治以扶正祛邪,扶正以健脾升清为基础,兼治肝、肾、肺三脏;祛邪以化浊解毒,清除余邪;始终兼顾调血护膜、顾护胃气。Ulcerative colitis(UC) is a nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease characterized by mucous pus,blood and stool,abdominal pain,diarrhea and tenesmus,and other systemic manifestations.Clinical symptoms are characterized by alternation of attack,remission and recurrence.In remission period,although the condition of UC is controlled,abdominal pain,diarrhea,mucus stool,or a small amount of blood stool,constipation,urgency or anal collapse and distension may occur,which belongs to the category of “dysentery” and “diarrhea” in traditional Chinese medicine.In remission period,the pathogenesis is asthenia in origin and asthenia in superficiality,is spleen deficiency,and the evil of turbid poison stays.It should be treated with strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor.Strengthening vital qi is based on invigorating the spleen and ascending clear,at the same time,the liver,kidney and lung are treated.Eliminate pathogenic factor is eliminating turbid pathogen and removing toxic substance,and always take into account blood regulating membrane and protecting stomach qi.
