心衰康治疗阳虚水泛型心衰研究进展

摘　　要：心衰是各种原因导致心脏结构或者功能的异常改变,使心室收缩或者舒张功能发生障碍,从而引起的一组复杂临床综合征,是心脏疾病的终末阶段。其再住院率和病死率居高不下、连年攀升,西药治疗存在价格昂贵、依存性差等问题,西医西药联合中医中药治疗成为越来越多临床医师和患者的选择。中药复方制剂心衰康为内蒙古自治区中医医院院内制剂,在临床治疗慢性心衰中取得较好疗效,此文简要就阳虚水泛型心衰的中医发病机制、西医发病机制、中药复方制剂心衰康药物组成方义及心衰康相关实验研究论述如下,以探索其发挥疗效的中医、西医机制,为中医药治疗慢性心衰提供理论依据,拓宽治疗思路。Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome caused by abnormal changes of cardiac structure or function,which makes ventricular systolic or diastolic function impaired.It is the end stage of heart disease.The rehospitalization rate and mortality rate remain high and rise year after year.There are some problems in western medicine treatment,such as high price and poor dependence.Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine has become the choice of more and more clinicians and patients.Xinshuaikang,a compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine,is an in-hospital preparation of Inner Mongolia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which has achieved good curative effect in the clinical treatment of chronic heart failure.This paper briefly discusses the pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,the pathogenesis of western medicine,the composition of Xinshuaikang,and the related experimental research,in order to explore the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.It can provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure with traditional Chinese medicine and broaden treatment ideas.
