耳垂放血疗法的临床研究概况

摘　　要：耳穴放血疗法作为历史悠久的中医外治方法,具有简、便、廉的特点。目前耳穴放血疗法的研究主要集中于耳尖放血疗法,对于耳垂放血疗法的研究虽有报道,尚无系统性归纳论述,此文通过查阅国内外文献,将耳垂放血疗法在临床上应用,从治疗头面部疾病及皮肤病等多个方面进行了总结,为进一步研究提供参考。同时指出需要更加规范及深入的研究,才能使耳垂放血疗法得到更广泛的认可与使用。Auricular bloodletting therapy,as an external treatment method with a long history,is simple,convenient and inexpensive.At present,the research of auricular bloodletting therapy mainly focuses on earlobe bloodletting therapy.Although there are reports on earlobe bloodletting therapy,there is no systematic summary and discussion.Through consulting the domestic and foreign literature,this paper summarizes the clinical application of earlobe bloodletting therapy in the treatment of head and face diseases and skin diseases,and provides reference for further research.At the same time,it is pointed out that more standardized and in-depth research is needed to make the earlobe bloodletting therapy more widely recognized and used.
