耳穴贴压联合中药足浴对社区高血压病老年患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析耳穴贴压联合中药足浴对社区高血压病老年人的影响。方法 以南昌市西湖路社区和二七南路社区的居家老年患者作为研究对象,使用简单随机抽样法选取西湖路社区50例老年患者作为观察组,选取二七南路社区50例老年人作为对照组。对照组采用社区常规高血压病管理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上实施耳穴贴压联合中药足浴,干预时间为2021年3月—2021年7月,共5个月。对比2组患者干预前后的血压水平、血压变异性、睡眠质量以及不良事件发生率。结果 干预后观察组血压水平相比对照组较低(P<0.05);干预后观察组血压变异性相比对照组较低(P<0.05);干预后观察组睡眠质量相比对照组较好(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率相比对照组较低(P<0.05)。结论 社区高血压病老年患者经耳穴贴压联合中药足浴治疗后,效果显著,可有效调节患者血压水平,降低血压变异性,改善其睡眠质量,减少不良事件发生率,建议大力推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of auricular point pressing combined with Chinese medicine foot bath on the elderly with hypertension in community.Methods Taking the home-based elderly in Xihu Road community and Erqi South Road community in Nanchang as the research object,50 old people in Xihu Road community were selected as the observation group and 50 old people in Erqi South Road community as the control group by simple random sampling.The control group was treated with community routine hypertension management measures,and the observation group was treated with auricular point pressing combined with Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of the control group.The intervention time was from March to July in 2021,a total of 5 months.The blood pressure level,blood pressure variability,sleep quality and the incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the blood pressure variability in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After the intervention of auricular point pressing combined with Chinese medicine foot bath,the effect is significant.It can effectively adjust the blood pressure level of patients,reduce blood pressure variability,improve their sleep quality and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It is recommended to be popularized in clinical practice.
