针刺联合化瘀消痛汤对腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究针刺联合化瘀消痛汤加味对腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症反应的影响。方法 选取2018年6月—2019年6月在宿迁市中医院治疗的192例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为化瘀消痛汤组、联合治疗组各96例,化瘀消痛汤组使用化瘀消痛汤治疗,联合治疗组使用化瘀消痛汤、针刺治疗。结果 治疗后肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)、转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)、疼痛评估表评分(NRS)、主诉疼痛程度评分(VRS)、中医证候评分降低,且联合治疗组低于化瘀消痛汤组(P<0.05)。联合治疗组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论 针刺联合化瘀消痛汤加味可改善患者腰椎疼痛症状,降低炎症因子的水平,效果较为理想。Objective To study the effect of acupuncture combined with Huayu Xiaotong decoction on inflammatory response in patients with lumbar intervertebral herniation.Methods A total of 192 patients with lumbar intervertebral herniation who were treated in Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into Huayu Xiaotong decoction group and combined treatment group,with 96 cases in each group.Huayu Xiaotong decoction group was treated with Huayu Xiaotong decoction.The combined treatment group was treated with Huayu Xiaotong decoction and acupuncture.Results After treatment,tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α),procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β),pain rating scale score(NRS),complained pain degree score(VRS),and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score were decreased,and the combined treatment group was lower than that in the Huayu Xiaotong decoction group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of combined therapy group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Huayu Xiaotong decoction can improve the symptoms of lumbar pain and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and has ideal effect.
