中药热熨治疗肩关节周围炎的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的 系统评价中药热熨治疗肩关节周围炎(简称肩周炎)的临床治疗效果。方法 通过计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase、the Cochrane library中从建库至2021年9月有关中药热熨治疗肩周炎的随机对照试验,根据制定的标准进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价,使用Review Manager 5.4软件进行资料分析。结果 共纳入文献21篇,包含2376例患者。Meta分析结果显示:在改善总有效率、治愈率、VAS评分、肩关节功能评分等方面,试验组优于对照组。结论 中药热熨治疗肩周炎可以较好地提高临床疗效,缓解肩关节疼痛,改善肩关节功能。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine hot iron in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods Randomized controlled trials on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder by Chinese medicine hot ironing were searched from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Chinese biomedical literature database,PubMed,Embase and the Cochrane library to September 2021.Literature screening,data extraction and quality evaluation were conducted according to the established standards.Review Manager 5.4 software was used for data analysis.Results 21 articles included 2376 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that the test group was better than the control group in improving the total efficiency,cure rate,VAS score,and shoulder function score.Conclusion Chinese medicine hot iron in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder can improve clinical effect,relieve shoulder pain and improve shoulder function.
