摘　　要：痉挛性咳嗽是儿科呼吸系统疾病,呈剧烈、阵发性连声、刺激性咳嗽,咳甚面红目赤、作呕。韩雪教授认为痉挛性咳嗽病位在肺,与肝脏、脾胃密切相关,病机关键在于肝气上逆、犯胃克土、肺气不降,风邪、痰饮为患,病性多寒热交杂共见,以疏肝降肺、祛风解痉、寒热并用为法,活用经方加减化裁,自拟止痉汤治疗,用之多验。Spastic cough is a pediatric respiratory disease characterized by severe,paroxysmal,irritating coughs with red face and gagging.Professor Han Xue believes that spastic cough is located in the lungs and is closely related to the liver,spleen and stomach.The key to the pathogenesis is that the liver qi goes up against the spleen and stomach,the lung qi does not descend,the wind pathogens and phlegm-drinking are infested,and the disease is often mixed with cold and heat.The treatment method is to soothe the liver and lower the lung,expel wind and relieve spasm,and use both cold and heat,and make use of modified classical prescriptions,self-made Zhijing decoction in the treatment of spastic cough is very effective.
