从心肝与情志的关系探析胃神经官能症

摘　　要：胃神经官能症是一组胃综合征的总称,是一种临床常见病、多发病。目前,临床上多采用对症治疗,尚无针对性特效治疗方案,通过阅读相关文献及临床实践发现,该病与精神情志关系密切,指出该病的发生与精神情志存在着密切关系,病变部位主要除涉及胃、脾外,与心、肝两脏关系密切,因此此文主要从心肝与精神情志的关系方面对胃神经官能症进行全面论述,提出以疏肝健脾、宁心调神的方法治疗胃神经官能症,希望能为临床诊疗提供新的思路。Gastric neurosis,a general term for a group of gastric syndromes,is a common clinical disease and frequently occurring disease.At present,symptomatic treatment is mostly used in clinical practice,and there is no targeted specific treatment plan.Through reading related literature and clinical practice,it is found that the disease is closely related to mental emotions,pointing out that the occurrence of the disease is closely related to mental emotions,and the location of the disease.In addition to the stomach and spleen,it is closely related to the heart and liver.Therefore,this article mainly discusses gastric neurosis from the relationship between the heart,liver and mental emotions,and proposes to soothe the liver and invigorate the spleen,calm the heart and regulate the mind.The method of treating gastric neurosis is hoped to provide new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
