温经汤药材不同炮制方法组方对小鼠体质量及脏器指数的影响

摘　　要：目的 通过制备不同炮制品温经汤(温经汤原方组、温经汤全方炮制组、温经汤君药炮制品组、温经汤臣药炮制品组),观察各组对小鼠体质量及脏器指数的影响,初步探讨温经汤中药品炮制前后对脏器指数的影响。方法 将ICR小鼠随机分组并分别连续给予温经汤原方、全方炮制品、君药炮制品、臣药炮制品及蒸馏水14 d。末次给药第2天称取小鼠体质量,摘取小鼠心、肝、脾、肺、肾,观察小鼠体质量及脏器指数变化。结果 与空白对照组比较,给药14 d后,各给药组对小鼠体质量无影响;温经汤原方组、全方炮制组、君药炮制组、臣药炮制组对脏器指数均无明显影响。结论 温经汤中药品炮制后对小鼠体质量及脏器指数无明显影响,可能无明显毒性,常规临床剂量下用药后是安全可靠的。Objective To observe the effect of different processed products of Jingui Wenjing decoction(Wenjing Tangyuan formula group,Wenjing Tangquan formula processing group,Wenjing Tangjun drug processing group,Wenjing Tangchen drug processing group) on body weight and organ index of mice,and to explore the effects of different processed products of Jingui Wenjing decoction on organ index.Methods ICR mice were randomly divided into two groups and given Jingui Wenjing decoction,whole prescription processed products,sovereign medicine processed products and minister medicine processed products distilled water for 14 days.On the second day of the last administration,the body weight of mice was weighed,and the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney of mice were taken.The changes of body weight and organ index of mice were observed.Results Compared with the blank control group,after 14 days of administration,each administration group had no effect on the body weight of mice,the original prescription group of Jingui Wenjing decoction,the whole prescription processing group,the sovereign medicine processing group and the minister medicine processing group had no significant effect on the organs.Conclusion The processed drugs in Jingui Wenjing decoction have no significant effect on the body mass and organ index of mice,and may have no obvious toxicity.It is safe and reliable after administration at conventional clinical doses.
