浮针联合中药治疗梅尼埃病证治体会

摘　　要：梅尼埃病是一种特发性内耳疾病,具有反复发作的特点,严重影响患者身心健康,与中医眩晕病类似。笔者通过对临床医案的总结归纳,且结合临证所学,认为眩晕应主要从“风”“虚”论治,并结合浮针的患肌理论及气血新论,配合浮针改善血供等作用,介绍应用浮针联合中药治疗梅尼埃病证治体会2则,以期为梅尼埃病的治疗提供思路。Ménière’s disease is an idiopathic inner ear disease with the characteristics of recurrent attacks and seriously affects the physical and mental health of patients,similar to vertigo in tradition Chinese medicine.Through the summary of clinical cases,combined with the professional knowledge,the author believes that vertigo should be treated mainly from the perspective of “wind” and “deficiency”.The paper introduced two cases of treating Ménière’s disease with floating-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine based on the theory of tightened muscle and the new theory of qi and blood and cooperating with floating-acupuncture to improve blood supply and other effects in order to provide clinical experience for the treatment of Ménière’s disease.
