加权泰森多边形在2021年云南漾濞M_(S)6.4地震后应急避险安置点责任区划分的应用

摘　　要：以2021年云南漾濞M_(S)6.4地震为例,综合考虑震后安置点容量和居民点实际情况,利用无人机航拍影像,通过人工矢量化、空间插值、震害识别、创建缓冲区等预处理,获得基于建筑物的漾濞县城震后应急避险安置点容量、建筑物破坏程度、交通便捷度和人口分布4个影响因素精细化数据。以影响因素为权重因子,使用加权泰森多边形法对研究区应急避险安置点进行责任区划分。结果表明:责任区失去住所人数均未超出对应安置点容量,位于老城区责任区的安置点服务压力较大,新城区责任区的安置点服务压力较小。Considering the capacity of emergency shelters and the distribution of the residential settlements in Yangbi County,Yunnan Province and based on UVA images,we do the preprocessing of artificial vectorization,spatial interpolation,earthquake-damage evaluation,and buffer zoning,and get 4 refined factors influencing the division of rescue areas:the capacity of emergency shelters,damage to buildings,convenience of transportation and the population distribution in Yangbi County after the M_(S)6.4 Earthquake.Setting the 4 factors as the weight factor,and using the Weighted Voronoi Diagram method,we divide the rescue areas corresponding to the emergency shelters with ArcGIS.Results show that the number of the homeless people in the rescue areas do not exceed the capacity of the emergency shelters.The emergency shelters in the old district of the County bear higher pressure,and the emergency shelters in the new district bear lower pressure.
