摘  要:采用动态法测定了APP(水溶性聚磷酸铵,18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-KCl-H_(2)O体系及其子体系APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O、KCl-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O、APP(18-58-0)-KCl-H_(2)O在5℃下的固液相平衡数据,利用XRD分析平衡固相物相组成。结果表明:APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O、KCl-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O及APP(18-58-0)-KCl-H_(2)O体系分别含有两个单结晶相区:(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)、(NH_(4))_(4)P_(2)O_(7);KNO_(3)、KCl;(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)、KCl;一个共饱和结晶区:(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)+(NH_(4))_(4)P_(2)O_(7);KNO_(3)+KCl;(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)+KCl。APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-KCl-H_(2)O体系包含四个单晶区:(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)、(NH_(4))_(4)P_(2)O_(7)、KNO_(3)、KCl。体系中N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O含量的最大、最小值分别为46.18%,14.46%。在APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-KCl-H_(2)O体系中,随着溶质的增加,饱和溶液中水的含量逐渐降低,水分含量的变化趋势与总养分N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O含量的变化趋势相反,溶液密度的变化趋势则与总养分N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O含量变化趋势相吻合。研究结果对配制不同氮磷钾比例的液体肥料具有参考价值。The solid-liquid equilibrium data of APP(ammonium polyphosphate,18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-KCl-H_(2)O system and its subsystems(APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O,KCl-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O,APP(18-58-0)-KCl-H_(2)O)at 5℃were respectively determined by the dynamic method.The phase composition of the equilibrium solid phase was analyzed by XRD.The results show that the APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O,KCl-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-H_(2)O and APP(18-58-0)-KCl-H_(2)O systems respectively contain two single crystal-phase regions[(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7),(NH_(4))_(4)P_(2)O_(7);KNO_(3),KCl;(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7),KCl],a co-saturated crystalline region[(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)+(NH_(4))_(4)P_(2)O_(7);KNO_(3)+KCl;(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7)+KCl].APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-KCl-H_(2)O system contains four single crystal regions of(NH_(4))_(3)HP_(2)O_(7),(NH_(4))_(4)P_(2)O_(7),KNO_(3)and KCl.The maximum and minimum contents of N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O content in this system were 46.18%,14.46%.With the increase of solutes in the APP(18-58-0)-[CO(NH_(2))_(2)-NH_(4)NO_(3)]-KCl-H_(2)O system,the content of water in saturated solution decreased gradually.The change trend of water content is consequently opposite to that of N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O content.However,the density is consistent with the evolution of N+P_(2)O_(5)+K_(2)O content.The obtained results provide reference value for the preparation of liquid fertilizer with different proportions of NPK.
