摘 要:通过负压抽滤的方法将壳聚糖(CS)、聚乙烯醇(PVA)与二氧化钛(TiO_(2))的修饰液涂覆到纯硝酸纤维素膜的表面,制备硝酸纤维素复合膜,研究膜在微观结构、元素分布与组成、浸润性等方面的性能。结果表明,制备的新型膜具有超亲水/水下超疏油特性,过滤柴油乳液通量为5867.3 L/(m^(2)·h),除油率为99.4%,在强酸碱性、高盐度环境下的油水分离实验时,过滤通量无明显衰减,除油率可保持98.9%以上,具有优良的稳定性和耐腐蚀性。Based on the pure nitrocellulose membrane,a certain amount of chitosan,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and titanium dioxide(TiO_(2))modified solution was coated on the surface of the cellulose membrane by the method of negative pressure filtration,so as to complete a new method of oil-water separation membrane preparation.The microstructure,element distribution and composition and wettability of the new membrane were studied to determine the best process parameters for preparing the composite membrane.The results showed that the new membrane prepared for the super hydrophilic/super hydrophobic characteristics.The filtered oil lotion flux was 5867.3 L/(m^(2)·h)and the oil removal rate was 99.4%.The filtration flux in oil and water separation experiments under strong acid base and high salinity environment didn’t significantly decline,and the oil removal rate could be maintained over 98.9%,it has excellent stability and corrosion resistance.
