摘  要:为提高钢渣在道路工程的资源化利用率,先对钢渣进行化学成分与浸水膨胀率测试,再在排水沥青混合料中,采用体积替代法把钢渣分别替代40%,50%,60%的4.75~16 mm玄武岩粗集料。为保证排水沥青混合料结构的稳定性,采用飞散实验、析漏实验得到了油石比。最后对不同钢渣掺量的排水沥青混合料进行车辙、低温小梁弯曲等实验。结果表明,钢渣掺量增多,沥青用量也会增大,加入钢渣提升了混合料高低温性能。在混合料的水稳定性方面,掺入适量钢渣,残留稳定度与抗浸水飞散损失都得到了提升。钢渣对混合料的冻融劈裂强度比和体积安定性有不利影响,但在规定许可范围内。考虑各实验结果,建议在排水沥青混合料中钢渣用量为60%,可提供良好的路用性能。To improve the resource utilization of steel slag in road engineering,the chemical composition and immersion expansion rate of steel slag were tested first,and then 40%,50%,and 60%of 4.75~16 mm basalt coarse aggregate were replaced by steel slag in drainage asphalt mixes by volume substitution method.To ensure the stability of the drainage asphalt mix structure,the oil-stone ratio was obtained by using raveling test and draindown test.Finally,the rutting and low-temperature trabecular bending tests were conducted on the drainage asphalt mixes with different steel slag dosing.The results show that:the amount of asphalt increases with the increase of steel slag admixture,and the addition of steel slag enhances the high and low-temperature performance of the mix.In terms of the water stability of the mix,the residual stability and the resistance to immersion water raveling loss were enhanced by incorporating the appropriate amount of steel slag.The steel slag adversely affected the freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio and bulk stability of the mixes,but within the specified permissible range.Considering the results of each test,a dosage of 60%steel slag in the drainage asphalt mix is recommended to provide good road performance.
