摘  要:采用固定床反应器,对催化裂解柴油(DCC)在NiMoP/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂上进行选择性加氢,研究NH_(3)浓度、反应温度、液时空速和二段加氢的反应结果。结果表明,一段加氢,在NH_(3)浓度为5%时,温度360℃,反应压力为6.4 MPa,空速2.0 h^(-1),氢油比600时,多环芳烃饱和率为88.26%,单环芳烃选择性为93.17%;二段加氢,在第2反应器温度为360℃,反应压力为6.4 MPa,体积空速为2.0 h^(-1),氢油比600时,多环芳烃饱和率达到最高97.21%。Catalytic cracking diesel(DCC)was selectively hydrogenated on NiMoP/Al_(2)O_(3)catalyst in a fixed bed reactor.The reaction results of NH_(3)concentrations,reaction temperatures,liquid space-time velocities and two-stage hydrogenation were studied.The results show that when the concentration of NH_(3)is 5%,the temperature is 360℃,the reaction pressure is 6.4 MPa,the space velocity is 2.0 h^(-1),and the hydrogen oil ratio is 600,the saturation rate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 88.26%,and the selectivity of monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is 93.17%.For the second stage hydrogenation,when the temperature of the second reactor is 360℃,the reaction pressure is 6.4 MPa,the volume space velocity is 2.0 h^(-1),and the hydrogen oil ratio is 600,the saturation rate of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons reaches the highest 97.21%.
