摘　　要：在一定条件下合成环保型水处理药剂衣康酸/甲基丙烯磺酸钠(IA/SMAS)共聚物。之后采用测定电导率的方法研究该药剂对碳酸钙结晶过程的影响,经作图拟合可以得到结晶速率常数,结果可以看出,随着加药量的增加,生成速率常数K_(1)和晶体长大速率常数K_(2)逐渐减小。采用静态阻垢实验法和SEM分析进一步验证了溶液电导率法得到的结果。最终得出结论,聚合物IA/SMAS具有优异的阻垢性能是由于聚合物的螯合作用引起的,且其具有晶格畸变作用。The environmentally friendly water treatment agent IA/SMAS copolymer was synthesised under certain conditions.The effect of the agent on the crystallisation process of calcium carbonate was then investigated by measuring the conductivity.The results showed that the generation rate constant K_(1)and the crystal growth rate constant K_(2)decreased gradually with the increase of the dosage.The results obtained from the solution conductivity method were further verified using static scale inhibition experiments and SEM analysis.It was finally concluded that the excellent scale inhibition performance of the polymer IA/SMAS was due to the chelating effect of the polymer and its lattice distortion effect.
