摘  要:对沉淀池排泥水不经过静沉直接回用进行了研究,通过检测直接回用后出水水质的常规指标pH、浊度、氨氮和有机物指标CODMn、UV_(254)以及金属指标铝、铁、锰,同时运用Zeta电位和颗粒粒径分布分析,探究了排泥水直接回用的安全性,并且对排泥水直接回用的经济效益进行了分析。结果表明,排泥水直接回用可以增强混凝的效果;回用后CODMn不会超标,并且有较好的去除效果,但对UV_(254)影响不大,不会改变原水中溶解性物质的分类;沉后水的浊度、氨氮、铝、铁、锰在合适的回流比下均符合出水水质标准。在控制回流比情况下直接回用排泥水,实现保护环境和节能减排双重目标。A study was carried out on the direct reuse of the sludge discharged from the sedimentation tank without static sedimentation.By testing the conventional indicators of the effluent quality after direct reuse,pH,turbidity,NH3-N and organic matter indicators CODMn,UV_(254)and metal indicators of Al,Fe and Mn were used at the same time.Zeta potential and particle size distribution analysis,explored the safety of the direct reuse of the sludge water,and analyzed the economic benefits of the direct reuse of the sludge water.The results show that the direct reuse of the sludge water can enhance the effect of coagulation;after reuse,CODMnwill not exceed the standard and has a good removal effect,but it has little effect on UV_(254)and will not change the classification of soluble substances in the raw water;the turbidity,NH3-N,Al,Fe,and Mn of the after-water all meet the effluent quality standards under the appropriate reflux ratio.Under the condition of controlling the reflux ratio,the sludge water can be directly reused,so as to achieve the dual goals of environmental protection and energy saving and emission reduction.
