摘 要:传统高速公路的剩余服务年限大多通过路况指标进行预估,为了使预估更加准确,提出了基于材料性能的剩余服务年限预估方法。首先结合路面结构、交通量、路况指标检测、养护历史等情况,依托沪宁高速的典型病害路段进行现场取样,通过局部多序列加载动态蠕变试验,对现场所取芯样进行抗车辙性能评价,进一步利用试验结果计算试件的永久变形量,并通过车辙预估模型计算剩余服务年限。结果表明,以既有材料性能为评价标准时,交通量是影响剩余服务年限的主要影响因素,中上面层是为路面提供抗车辙能力的主要结构层。该方法可丰富完善现有评价体系,为高速公路养护规划提供理论依据。The remaining service life of traditional expressways is mostly estimated by road condition indicators. In order to make the estimation more accurate, a method for estimating the remaining service life based on material properties is proposed. Firstly, combined with the pavement structure, traffic volume, road condition index detection, maintenance history, and other conditions, relying on the typical diseased sections of Shanghai Nanjing Expressway, the on-site sampling is carried out, and the anti rutting performance of the on-site core samples is evaluated through the local multi-sequence loading dynamic creep test. Further use the test results to calculate the permanent deformation of the specimen and calculate the remaining service life through the rutting prediction model. The results show that when the performance of existing materials is taken as the evaluation standard, the traffic volume is the main factor affecting the remaining service life, and the middle and upper layer is the main structural layer to provide rutting resistance for the pavement. This method can enrich and improve the existing evaluation system and provide a theoretical basis for expressway maintenance planning.
