摘　　要：在市场竞争和新冠病毒的双重挑战下,建筑施工现场规范化管理和精细化管理对建筑企业来说尤为重要,其决定着建筑工程是否能在控制目标内建成并投入使用。从西咸地区建筑工程施工管理现状出发,分析与总结西咸地区建筑工程施工管理取得的成就与不足,针对施工管理中存在的问题,提出相对应的改进措施,为提升建筑企业施工管理水平提供一些参考和借鉴。Under the dual challenges of market competition and novel Coronavirus, standardized and refined management of construction site is particularly important for construction enterprises, which determines whether construction projects can be completed and put into use within the control target.Based on the current situation of construction management of construction engineering in Xixian region and the author’s practical work experience, this paper analyzes and summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of construction management of construction engineering in Xixian region.In view of the deficiencies, the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to provide some references for improving the level of construction management.
