摘  要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了MnCeTm_(y)O_(x)/TiO_(2)(y为Tm/Mn摩尔比,y=0.1,0.3,0.5)低温SCR脱硝催化剂,研究和分析了TmO_(x)对催化剂脱硝性能的影响。所研制的MnCeTmO_(x)/TiO_(2)催化剂提高了以氨为还原剂的低温选择性催化还原(SCR)脱硝性能,并采用XRD、NH_(3)-TPD分析探究了TmO_(x)的作用及内在机制。结果表明,当y=0.3时,催化剂具有最佳的脱硝效果,在150℃具有95%以上的NO_(x)转化率。对催化剂进行了稳定性测试和不同空速下的性能测试结果表明,MnCeTm 0.3 O_(x)/TiO_(2)催化剂具有良好的稳定性,且在两种空速下均能保持优异的低温NH_(3)-SCR脱硝性能。A low-temperature SCR denitration catalyst,MnCeTm_(y)O_(x)/TiO_(2)(y is molar ratio of Tm/Mn,y=0.1,0.3,0.5),was prepared by sol-gel method.The effect of TmO_(x)on denitration performance of the catalyst was studied and analyzed.The developed MnCeTmO_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst improves the denitration performance of low-temperature selective catalytic reduction(SCR)with ammonia as reductant.The action and internal mechanism of TmO_(x)were investigated by XRD and NH_(3)-TPD analysis.The results show that when y=0.3,the catalyst has the best denitration effect,with 95%above NO_(x)conversion rate at 150℃.At the same time,The test results of stability and performance of the catalyst performed at different space velocities show that the MnCeTm 0.3 O_(x)/TiO_(2)catalyst has good stability,and can also maintain excellent low-temperature NH_(3)-SCR denitration performance at both space velocities.
