摘  要:目的 探讨全局自动校准部分并行采集(GRAPPA)技术在快速自由呼吸三维可变反转角快速自旋回波(3D-SPACE)磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)序列检查中的可行性.方法 118例疑诊胰胆管系统疾病的患者均在1.5 T超导型MR扫描仪上行快速和常规自由呼吸3D-SPACEMRCP检查;分析2种扫描序列的采集时间、图像质量和诊断可靠性.结果 快速自由呼吸3D-SPACE采集时间为(42.1±13.2)s,常规自由呼吸3D-SPACE采集时间(167.9±32.3)s.快速自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列MRCP图像运动伪影、整体图像质量和胰胆管可见性评分均优于常规自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列(P<0.05).快速自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列诊断可靠性明显高于常规自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列(1.8±0.4 vs 1.4±0.6,P<0.001).结论 相比常规自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列,快速自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列图像质量和诊断效能更高,显著缩短采集时间,扫描成功率明显提高,可替代常规自由呼吸3D-SPACE序列应用于临床.Objective To explore the feasibility of generalized autocalibrating partially parallel acquisition(GRAPPA)technology in rapid respiratory-triggered three-dimensional sampling perfection with application optimized contrasts using different flip evolutions(3D-SPACE)magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)sequence.Methods A total of 118 patients with suspected biliary tract diseases who underwent rapid and conventional respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE MRCP examination on a 1.5 T MR scanner.The acquisition time,image quality,and diagnostic reliability of two scan sequences were analyzed.Results The acquisition time of conventional respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE was(167.9±32.3)s,rapid respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE was(42.1±13.2)s.The background suppression,overall image quality,and visualization of the pancreaticobiliary system of rapid respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE MRCP were better than conventional respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE MRCP(P<0.05).The diagnostic reliability of the rapid respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE sequence was significantly higher than that of conventional respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE sequence(1.8±0.4 vs 1.4±0.6,P<0.001).Conclusion Compared with the conventional respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE sequence,the rapid respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE sequence has higher image quality and diagnostic efficiency,shortens the acquisition time significantly,and improves scanning success rate.It can replace the conventional respiratory-triggered 3D-SPACE sequence in clinical applications.
