摘　　要：目的借鉴古籍中医药思维,探讨中药临床处方审核思路。方法通过阅读大量中医药古籍,提取古籍中关于遣药组方的有效条文及思维,指导中药临床处方审核工作。结果从中药自身性质、药对理论、君臣佐使组方原则、经方适应证、经方禁忌证、中药剂量等方面入手,采用由局部到整体的思路审核中药临床处方的合理性,从源头上杜绝不合理用药现象。结论本文为中药临床处方的审核提供了新思路,可以进一步完善中药处方审方工作,为判断临床疗效提供依据及为避免不良反应提供有效建议。OBJECTIVE To explore the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical prescription review by referring to the TCM thinking in ancient books.METHODS By reading a large number of ancient books of TCM,effective articles and thinking about prescription composition in ancient books were extracted to guide the work of TCM clinical prescription review.RESULTS Starting from the nature of TCM,the theory of drug pair,the principle of monarch-ministerassistant prescription,the indications of TCM,the contraindication of TCM,and the dosage of TCM,the rationality of TCM clinical prescription was reviewed from the local to the whole by adopting a new thinking,so as to eliminate the phenomenon of irrational drug use from the source.CONCLUSION It provides a new thinking for the review of TCM clinical prescription,further perfects the work of TCM prescription review,and provides evidence for judging clinical efficacy and effective advice for avoiding adverse reactions.
