摘 要:【目的】为了避免在装配式钢结构建筑中应用冷弯耐候钢时,复杂截面形式和新型的材料属性对构件屈曲失效模式产生的影响。【方法】本研究利用约束有限条法对Σ型冷弯耐候钢构件的屈曲失效模式进行量化分析,通过构建不同厚度和长度的Σ型冷弯耐候钢构件在不同约束条件下的75个计算模型,对构件的屈曲失效模式特点进行研究。【结果】研究结果表明,采用冷弯成型的Σ型耐候钢构件比普通Σ型钢构件有更大的承载能力,且Σ型冷弯耐候钢构件有更好的承载能力和抗失稳能力。【结论】因此,带约束的有限条法能有效量化识别模型的屈曲失效模式,为冷弯耐候钢在装配式建筑领域的应用提供可借鉴的案例和方法。[Purposes]In order to avoid the influence of complex section form and new material properties on the buckling failure mode of components when cold-formed weathering steel is applied in prefabri⁃cated steel structure buildings.[Methods]In this study,the buckling failure mode ofΣ-type coldformed weathering steel members was quantitatively analyzed by using the constrained finite strip method.By constructing 75 calculation models ofΣ-type cold-formed weathering steel members with different thicknesses and lengths under different constraints,the buckling failure mode characteristics of the members were studied.[Findings]The results show that theΣ-type weathering steel members formed by cold bending have greater bearing capacity than the ordinaryΣ-type steel members,and theΣ-type weathering steel members have better bearing capacity and instability resistance.[Conclusions]Therefore,the constrained finite strip method can effectively quantify the buckling failure mode of the model,and provide a reference case and method for the application of cold-formed weathering steel in the field of prefabricated buildings.
