摘  要:【目的】本研究通过深入分析一起110 kV主变压器遭受近区连续短路冲击故障的案例,为保证变压器的安全运行提供一定的借鉴和帮助。【方法】本研究通过对变压器故障过程、解体情况、制造工艺及抗短路能力计算结果进行详细分析,寻找主变压器故障的原因,并提出针对性防范措施。【结果】经多维度分析后得出,主变压器发生故障是因主变压器抗短路能力不足,导致低压绕组在近区短路电流电动力的持续作用下发生变形,并造成匝间绝缘击穿短路。【结论】近区短路是导致主变压器发生故障的重要原因,对老旧主变压器应加强运维管理,并优化保护定值整定,降低近区短路的故障风险,确保主变压器能安全稳定运行。[Purposes]Through in-depth analysis of a case of 110 kV main transformer suffering from near-zone continuous short-circuit impact fault,this study provides some reference and help for ensur⁃ing the safe operation of transformers.[Methods]In this study,the fault process,disintegration,manufac⁃turing process and short-circuit resistance calculation results of the transformer are analyzed in detail to find the cause of the main transformer fault and propose targeted preventive measures.[Findings]After multi-dimensional analysis,it is concluded that the failure of the main transformer is due to the insuffi⁃cient short-circuit resistance of the main transformer,which leads to the deformation of the low-voltage winding under the continuous action of the short-circuit current electrodynamic force in the near area,and causes the inter-turn insulation breakdown short circuit.[Conclusions]The near-zone short circuit is an important cause of the main transformer failure.The operation and maintenance management of the old main transformer should be strengthened,and the protection setting should be optimized to reduce the risk of near-zone short circuit and ensure the safe and stable operation of the main transformer.
