摘 要:【目的】随着我国交通业的迅猛发展,高速公路路网密度逐年增加,公跨铁立交桥数量快速上升。桥梁转体施工工艺具有突出的优势,可以在不影响既有铁路线路运营的基础上,安全快速进行施工。【方法】本研究通过对临淄至临沂高速公路上跨辛泰铁路立交桥转体施工过程设计计算,并对施工过程中应注意的问题进行计算分析。【结果】结果表明:球铰正应力最大为14.3 MPa,转盘撑脚正应力为79.9 MPa,满足承载力要求;采用19根Φs=15.2 mm的钢绞线可满足转体施工过程中千斤顶张拉需求,转体惯性制动距离0.12 m,施工时应根据实际情况预留惯性制动距离。【结论】此研究可以为工程转体安全施工提供保障,同时可为类似工程设计与施工提供借鉴。[Purposes]With the rapid development of traffic in China,the density of expressway net in⁃creases year by year,and the number of highway interchange cross railway rises rapidly.It has outstand⁃ing advantages of the bridge wivel construction,which can be constructs safely and quickly without af⁃fecting the operation of existing railway lines.[Methods]In this study,through the design and calcula⁃tion of the construction process of Linzi to Linyi highway interchange cross Xin-Tai Railway,the prob⁃lems that should be paid attention to in the construction process are calculated and analyzed.[Findings]The results show that the maximum normal stress of ball hinge is 14.3 MPa,and the maximum normal stress of turntable support foot is 79.9 MPa,which meets the bearing capacity requirements.19 steel strands withΦs=15.2 mm can meet the tensile demand of jack during the construction of rotary body.The inertial braking distance of rotary body is 0.12 m.The inertial braking distance should be reserved according to the actual situation during construction.[Conclusions]It can be provide a guarantee for the construction safety of the project,which can be provide reference for the design and construction of simi⁃lar projects also.
