摘　　要：【目的】医院节能改造相对复杂,涉及的利益相关方多,存在风险高、缺乏资金支持、节能改造技术水平不高、专业人才缺失等问题。基于以上情况,目前在医院建筑节能改造项目中通常会引入合同能源管理模式,因此开展基于合同能源管理模式的医院建筑节能改造研究现实意义显著。【方法】本研究主要阐述了合同能源管理模式理论及其在医院中的应用状况,分析影响该模式的因素,并采用案例形式阐述改进建议。【结果】节能改造的技术要求非常多,要结合医院的实际情况进行合理改造,才能符合医院节能改造的要求。【结论】合同管理模式在医院节能改造中的应用范围很广,可以适当地结合医院实际情况采用合同管理模式,对医院开展节能管理有重要作用。[Purposes]The energy-saving transformation of hospitals is relatively complex,because the transformation involves many stakeholders and has many shortages,such as high transformation,the lack of financial support,low technical level of energy-saving transformation,and the lack of profes⁃sional talents.Based on these,the contract energy management mode is usually introduced in the hospi⁃tal building energy-saving renovation project,so it is of great practical significance to carry out the re⁃search on the hospital building energy-saving renovation under the contract energy management mode.[Methods]This study mainly expounds the theory of contract energy management mode and its applica⁃tion in hospitals,analyzes the factors affecting the mode,and elaborates the improvement suggestions in the form of cases.[Findings]There are many technical requirements for energy-saving renovation.Rea⁃sonable renovation should be carried out in combination with the actual situation of the hospital in order to meet the requirements of hospital energy-saving renovation.[Conclusions]The contract management mode has a wide range of applications in hospital energy-saving transformation.It can be appropriately combined with the actual situation of the hospital to adopt the contract management mode,which plays an important role in the hospital's energy-saving management.
