摘　　要：本文分析了影响漂粉精产品有效氯的关键因素,设计了一个三因素、三水平的正交实验,通过正交实验定量地研究不同操作参数对产品有效氯的影响,得到优选的石灰乳氯化反应操作参数,为漂粉精的工程设计和操作改进提供数据参考。This paper analyzes the key factors affecting the effective chlorine of bleaching powder concentrate products,adopts a three-factor and three-level orthogonal experimental design,through which the effects of different operating parameters on the effective chlorine of products are quantitatively studied,and the optimal operating parameters of lime milk chlorination reaction are obtained,which provides data reference for the engineering design and operation improvement of bleaching powder concentrate.
