摘　　要：为推进海洋工程项目智能化建造的进展,打造规范化和科学化的海洋工程建设模式,文章基于公司信息化系统工作推广应用,从派工模式、工作任务分解结构和工单层级等方面进行了分析、研究和设计,经多个工程项目实践,实现了派工单信息化和精细化管理,为后续工作提供了指导。In order to meet the demand of intelligent construction of the ocean project, and to build standardized and scientific mode of ocean engineering construction, this article is based on the company information system application, which analysises and designs assignment mode, work breakdown structure and work package level. Through the practice of several engineering projects, the information and fine management of assignment mode are realized, which provides guidance for the follow-up work.
