摘  要:以仿真条件下装备保障维修的力量编组能力为研究对象,构建力量编组评估指标体系,采用模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法对其综合能力进行评估。为验证该方法的可行性,根据相同的仿真情况给出3个编组方案并进行评估。结果表明各项指标对综合得分的影响程度不同,其中人员编组的合理性重要性更强,其次为配套物资配置合理性,最后为方案拟制能力,综合考虑上述因素可以提高决策的可靠性。The formation of emergency repair forces on the battlefield is an important part of deploying maintenance and support forces in wartime.Taking the power grouping ability of equipment support maintenance under simulation conditions as the research object,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of force grouping,uses a fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight,and evaluates the comprehensive ability through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In order to verify the feasibility of the method,three grouping schemes are given and evaluated according to the same simulation situation.The results show that various indicators have different degrees of influence on the comprehensive score,among which the rationality of personnel grouping is the most important one,followed by the rationality of supporting material allocation,and the least important one is the ability to formulate plans.Comprehensive consideration of the above factors can improve the reliability of decision-making.
