摘  要:采用AUTODYN数值模拟方法模拟了高速射流成型过程及侵彻披挂反应装甲性能。结果表明,射流引爆夹层炸药后,射流头部在反应装甲作用下断裂,破坏了聚能射流的完整性,但聚能射流并未偏离弹轴线,仍具有较高的侵彻能力。射流侵彻装甲钢靶的过程中,由于头尾速度差过大,虽然出现颈缩、断裂等现象,但仍具有较高的侵彻能力。进一步分析表明,射流侵彻装甲钢靶完成后,射流剩余速度仍具有一定侵彻后效靶的能力。AUTODYN numerical simulation method is used to study the shaping process of high-speed jet and the performance of penetrating and hanging the reactive armor.The results show that,after the jet detonates the sandwich explosive,the jet head breaks under the action of the reactive armor,which destroys the integrity of the shaped charge jet,but the shaped charge jet does not deviate from the projectile axis,and still has a high penetration ability.In the process of jet penetrating the armored steel target,there are some phenomena such as necking and fracture due to the large velocity difference between the head and the tail,but it still has a high penetration ability.Further analysis shows that,after the jet penetrates the armored steel target,the residual velocity of the jet still has the ability to penetrate the aftereffect target.
