摘 要:有机硅耐热漆在武器装备上涂装时出现发红现象,为研究漆层发红原因,开展了相关工艺分析、排查和验证,发现有机硅耐热漆与TNT物质不相容,两者接触发生了发红显色反应。分析了有机硅耐热漆层发红机理及漆层发红现象对漆层的影响,研究表明可剥离涂层对有机硅耐热漆层能起到有效保护。Silicone heat resistant paint appears red when applied to weapons and equipment.In order to study the cause of paint redness,this paper carries out relevant process validation,investigation and verification.It is found that the color changing reaction between the paint layer and TNT dust in the environment is the cause of the redness.Further analysis shows that the silicone heat resistant paint is incompatible with the TNT material,and,when the two contact with each other,the redness reaction occurs.The redness mechanism of silicone heat-resistant coatings and the effect of redness on coatings are analyzed.The results show that the strippable coating can effectively protect the silicone heat resistant paint layer.
