摘  要:本文分析了一个U型Halbach空心永磁直线同步电机(IPMLSM)的推力波动。首先推导了dq0坐标系下的推力方程和电感方程,以此分析了电枢绕组互感不对称对推力波动的影响,然后基于有限元仿真得到的三相不对称电流,利用快速傅里叶变换和对称分量法,分析了电流谐波分量和电流不对称性对推力波动的影响。分析表明,电流不对称导致的负序电流是IPMLSM推力波动的主要原因。研究结果为该类电机的优化设计提供了依据。This paper analyzed the thrust ripple of a U-shaped Halbach structure ironless permanent magnet linear synchronous motor(IPMLSM).Firstly,the thrust equation and the inductance equation in the dq0 coordinate system were deduced,and the influence of asymmetric mutual inductance between the armature windings on the thrust ripple was analyzed.Then,based on the three-phase asymmetric current obtained by the finite element simulation,the fast Fourier transform method and symmetrical component method were used to analyze the influence of current harmonic components and current asymmetry on thrust ripples.The results show that the negative sequence current caused by the current asymmetry is the main reason of the thrust ripple in the IPMLSM.The research results provide a basis for the optimal design of the IPMLSM.
