摘　　要：为全面准确的测量FL-15风洞流场品质,特研制了一套流场校测机构,该机构包含X轴、Y轴两个运动方向,具有同步位置控制精度高(≤±0.5 mm)、自重大、运动距离长、控制逻辑复杂等特点。本文针对系统各项指标的选取进行详细论述,介绍了控制系统的组成和设计原理,并给出最终负载测试数据,结果表明控制系统的性能达到预期目标。In order to comprehensively and accurately measure the quality of the flow field in FL-15 wind tunnel,a set of flow field calibration mechanism was developed.The mechanism includes two motion directions,X axis and Y axis.It has the characteristics of high precision of synchronous position control(≤±0.5 mm),self-weight,long motion distance and complex control logic.This paper discussed in detail the selection of each index of the system,introduced the composition and design principle of the control system,and gave the final load test data.The results show that the performance of the control system reaches the expected target.
