摘  要:为了及时发现异步电机的轻微绝缘故障,设计了一套定子匝间短路故障在线检测系统,包括硬件电路和软件设计。硬件包括电流互感器、信号调理电路、数据采集卡和计算机;软件以LabView为平台实现改进的EMD和Hilbert包络解调,对电机电流信号进行在线数据采集和分析,提取故障特征频率。以YL8012电机为实验对象,在不同故障程度和不同负载情况下对电机进行检测,系统检测速度快、效率高,能在轻微绝缘故障发展为严重故障之前及时发现故障,有较高的实际应用价值。检测系统简化了硬件电路,以LabView设计软件平台,可以完成对多台电机的检测工作,方便高效。In order to find the slight insulation fault of the motor in time,an on-line detection system for stator inter-turn short circuit fault was designed,including hardware circuit and software design.The hardware includes current transformer,signal conditioning circuit,data acquisition card and computer;The software takes LabVIEW as the platform to realize improved EMD and Hilbert demodulation,online data acquisition and analysis of motor current signal,and extract fault characteristic frequency.Taking YL8012 motor as the experimental object,the motor was detected under different fault degrees and different loads.The system has fast detection speed and high efficiency.It can find the fault in time before the slight insulation fault develops into serious fault,which has high practical application value.The detection system simplifies the hardware circuit,and uses LabVIEW to design the software platform to complete the detection of multiple motors,which is convenient and efficient.
