摘　　要：本文总结1例颅内动脉瘤行手术治疗患者术前局部备皮方法和围手术期综合护理经验。通过配合快速康复外科处理,给予患者局部备皮,同时开展术前护理、体位护理、病情观察、切口护理、管路护理、饮食干预、用药指导、并发症护理以及健康指导等围手术期综合护理措施,缓解患者不良情绪,积极防治术后并发症,促进术后恢复。This paper summarized the preoperative skin preparation and perioperative compre⁃hensive nursing for a patient undergoing surgery for intracranial aneurysm.Based on the theory of enhanced recovery after surgery,the preoperative skin preparation was adopted.Perioperative comprehensive nursing interventions such as surgical positioning care,illness condition observa⁃tion,incision management,catheter maintenance,dietary care,medication care,prevention of complications and health education were carried out to reduce the postoperative complications and improve the recovery of the patient.
