摘　　要：目的:通过分析功能社区人群的健康需求,为同行在功能社区开展家庭医生签约服务提供参考。方法:于2021年3—6月,选取上海市虹桥街道社区卫生服务中心辖区内功能社区职业人群作为研究对象,并开展问卷调查。结果:257名调查对象中,仅有38.12%的调查对象知晓家庭医生签约服务,有13.23%的调查对象已经签约家庭医生服务。最希望获得的健康科普知识和健康养生服务均是颈肩腰腿痛调理,需求最高的健康评估是中医体质辨识,电话/微信咨询是功能社区人群最喜欢的健康咨询服务形式,功能社区人群更喜欢驻点式医疗服务形式。结论:基于消费者意愿与行为差距的相关理论,利用午休时间开展驻点式服务,以家庭医生签约服务为基础,增加微信咨询及社区卫生服务中心特色专科诊疗服务,能够满足功能社区人群对健康服务的需求,从而提升了功能社区人群的健康水平。OBJECTIVE To provide reference for peers to develop family doctor contracting services in functional communities by analyzing the health needs of functional community populations.METHODS From March to June of 2021,occupational groups in functional communities under the jurisdiction of Shanghai Hongqiao Street Community Health Service Center were selected as the study subjects and questionnaire surveys were conducted.RESULTS Among 257 respondents,only 38.12%of them knew about family doctor contracting service,and 13.23%of them had signed up for family doctor service;the most desired health science knowledge and health and wellness service was neck,shoulder,back and leg pain adjustment,the highest demanded health assessment was TCM physical identification,telephone/WeChat consultation was the most preferred health management service for functional community people Telephone/WeChat consultation is the most popular form of health management service among functional community people,and functional community people prefer point-of-care service.CONCLUSION Based on the theory of“willingness-consumption”gap,the use of lunch break to carry out on-site services,based on family doctor contracting,and the addition of WeChat consultation and the center’s specialties,can meet the demand of functional community people for health services,thus improving the health level of functional community people.
