摘  要:目的:了解新冠疫情期间中学生心理咨询意愿及影响因素。方法:使用自制调查问卷,以上海市浦东新区1568名中学生为研究对象,从基本人口特征因素、社会网络关系因素、健康因素、认知因素和学业压力因素5个方面探讨新冠疫情下中学生心理咨询接受意愿的影响因素。结果:仅有37.09%的中学生“比较愿意”和“非常愿意”接受心理咨询,多数中学生接受专业心理咨询的意愿不强烈。多因素回归分析结果显示,与朋友亲密程度、与任课教师亲密程度、学业压力变化情况、新冠肺炎疫情认知程度、心理咨询认知程度、是否上过心理咨询课程是中学生心理咨询接受意愿的影响因素。结论:在突发重大公共卫生事件时,应及时向中学生普及相关知识,降低事件对中学生心理的负面影响,同时应增设心理咨询课程,家庭和学校合力为中学生营造良好的成长环境。OBJECTIVE To understand the psychological counseling willingness of middle school students during COVID-19and its related influencing factors.METHODS Using a self-administered questionnaire,1568 secondary school students in Pudong New Area were studied to explore the factors influencing the willingness to receive psychological counseling under COVID-19 from five aspects:basic demographic characteristics factors,social network relationship factors,health factors,cognitive factors,and academic stress factors.RESULTS Only 37.09%of middle school students are“more willing”or“very willing”to receive psychological counseling.Middle school students have no strong willingness to receive professional psychological counseling.The results of multi-factor regression analysis showed that closeness to friends,closeness to classroom teachers,changes in academic stress,awareness of the new crown pneumonia epidemic,awareness of counseling,and whether or not they had taken counseling courses were contributing factors to secondary school students’willingness to receive counseling.CONCLUSION In the event of a major public health emergency,knowledge should be disseminated to secondary school students in a timely manner to reduce the negative impact on their psychology,and additional psychological counseling sessions should be offered,with families and schools working together to create a good environment for secondary school students to grow up in.
