摘 要:为了探究正戊醇/正十二烷二元燃料着火及燃烧特性,在高温高压定容燃烧弹中采用自发火焰发光法、纹影法、甲醛平面激光诱导荧光法以及OH*化学发光法研究了正戊醇/正十二烷二元燃料P20D80的着火延迟期、火焰发展、燃烧中间组分以及火焰浮起长度.结果表明:在相同工况下,与正十二烷(D100)相比,P20D80的总着火延迟期和火焰浮起长度更长,且两者的甲醛信号都在火焰浮起处的下游位置被逐渐消耗;P20D80的甲醛初生时刻延迟了100μs左右,可很好降低碳烟生成;与D100相比,在不同的环境温度工况下,P20D80的化学着火延迟期更长,但随着喷射压力的增加,P20D80的化学着火延迟期先大后小;此外,在相同工况下,P20D80物理着火延迟期与正十二烷物理着火延迟期的差值随着环境温度升高而略微升高,但随着喷射压力的增加而降低.To explore the ignition and combustion characteristics of n-pentanol/n-dodecane binary fuel,a natural flame luminosity method, schlieren method, formaldehyde laser-induced fluorescence method, and OH* chemiluminescence method were used in a high temperature high pressure constant volume combustion vessel to study the ignition delay period,flame development,combustion intermediate components and flame lift-off length of the n-pentanol/n-dodecane binary fuel. The results show that the binary fuel of P20D80 has longer ignition delay period and flame lift-off length under the same working conditions compared with n-dodecane(D100) fuel.Besides,the initiation of formaldehyde in P20D80 is about 100 μs later than that in D100,which can reduce the generation of soot. Their formaldehyde signal is consumed step by step at the downstream position of the flame liftoff position. Compared with D100,the chemical ignition delay period of P20D80 is longer under different ambient temperature conditions,but as the injection pressure increases,the chemical ignition delay period of P20D80 first becomes larger and then smaller. In addition,under the same working conditions,the difference of the physical ignition delay period of the binary fuel minus that of n-dodecane increases slightly with the increase of ambient temperature,but decreases with the increase of injection pressure reduce.
