摘 要:基于实例推理(CBR)的设计是重用已有实例来解决产品快速设计问题的一种人工智能方法。为了满足减速器快速设计中的个性化需求,文中将CBR方法融入其中,提出了基于实例推理的参数化设计方法。以NX10.0设计平台的基础上,采用VB开发工具结合实例推理技术、自顶向下设计、特征建模和参数化设计的三维建模方法,开发出基于实例推理的减速器智能设计系统。该系统实现了减速器设计知识的重复利用,减轻了设计负担,有效提高了减速器设计的效率和质量。Case-based reasoning(CBR)is an artificial intelligence method that reuses existing cases to solve product rapid design.In order to meet the individualized requirements in the rapid design of reducer,CBR is adopted,and a parametric design method based on case-based reasoning is put forward.Based on NX10.0 design platform,using VB development tools,combined with the three-dimensional modeling methods of case-based reasoning technology,top-down design,feature modeling and parametric design,an intelligent design system of reducer based on case-based reasoning is developed.The system realizes the reuse of reducer design knowledge,reduces the design burden,and effectively improves the design efficiency and quality.
