摘　　要：简易升降机因具有结构简单易于安装、使用维保成本优廉等优点,在我国制造装配产业发达地区的中小型企业中被广泛使用。但目前在运行的简易升降机使用状况参差不齐,存在违规操作、主体保养意识不强甚至带病运行等问题,导致安全事故频发。针对这一问题,文中设计了一套简易升降机安全监控的信号采集与传输系统。基于不改变简易升降机GLC-420A控制逻辑和动作顺序这一要求,提出了一种获取重要继电器开关量信号的方法:在GLC-420A单片机的输入回路中重要地方串接一个继电器,以电气系统内部信号如平层信号激活新增继电器,即可将原始信号一分为二。基于需将分散的多维感知信号传输至监测平台这一需求,设计了一种适用于简易升降机的信号汇总传输箱。基于机智云提供的信号协议和模板进行手机APP功能的部署和界面设计,电脑端界面采用JavaScript浏览器脚本语言编写;为了保存设备的运行记录和故障报警记录,基于Microsoft Access Database在电脑端开发了一个数据库。制作出信号汇总传输箱在工程现场进行为期一天的测试实验,最后通过读取监测双平台的数据验证了的信号采集与传输系统的可行性。Simple elevator has the advantages of simple structure,easy installation and low maintenance cost,so it is widely used in small and medium-sized enterprises in developed areas of manufacturing and assembly industry in China.However,at present,the use of simple elevators in service is uneven,and there are some problems,such as illegal operation,weak maintenance awareness and even failurey operation.Therefore,safety accidents occur frequently.The author puts forward a design of signal acquisition and transmission system for simple elevator safety monitoring.Considering the requirement of not changing the control logic and action sequence of GLC-420A of simple elevator,a method to obtain the switching signal of important relay is proposed.A relay is connected in series in the input circuit of GLC-420A single chip microcomputer,and the original signal can be divided into two by activating the new relay with the internal signal of the electrical system,such as the flat signal.Considering the need to transmit scattered multi-dimensional sensing signals to the monitoring platform,a design of signal summary transmission box suitable for simple elevators is proposed.Based on the signal protocol and template provided by Gizwits,the mobile APP function is deployed and the interface is designed,and the computer interface is written by JavaScript browser script language;In order to save the running records and failure alarm records of the equipment,a database is developed on the computer side based on Microsoft Access Database.In the project site,the signal collection and transmission box was tested for one day,and the feasibility of the signal acquisition and transmission system was verified by reading the data of the two monitoring platforms.
