摘  要:由于永磁吊具吸脱力不足、零部件故障而引发的起重机械事故时有发生。抽检结果显示,永磁吊具的安全性能合格率较低,实测吸力远低于额定标称值。不可分的电磁吸盘等磁力起重装置已纳入检验范围,但进行法定检验时,由于缺乏专业的仪器设备,检验人员现场无法进行拉脱力测量。通过调研机械制造企业常用永磁吊具的规格型号,文中设计了一种起重永磁吊具拉脱力测试台。通过结构设计、力学计算及Ansys仿真分析得出,该测试台能满足测量3 000 kg及以下永磁吊具的现场测试要求,解决目前起重机械定期检验和监督检验时,检验项目操作性和实用性较差的技术难题。Hoisting machinery accidents caused by insufficient suction force of permanent magnet spreader and parts failure often occur. The sampling results show that the safety qualification rate of permanent magnet spreader is low, and the measured suction force is far below the rated nominal value. At present, the inseparable magnetic lifting devices, such as electromagnetic sucker, have been included in the inspection scope. However, due to the lack of professional instruments and equipment, the inspectors cannot measure the pull-off force on site. By investigating the specifications and models of common permanent magnet spreaders in machinery manufacturing enterprises, the design of a test bench for the pull-off force of lifting permanent magnet spreaders is put forward. Through structural design, mechanical calculation and Ansys simulation analysis, the test bench can meet the field test requirements for measuring permanent magnet slings of 3 000 kg and below,and solve the technical problem that the inspection items are low in operability and practicability during the regular inspection and supervision inspection of hoisting machinery at present.
