脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料在中厚皮取皮供区创面愈合中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料在中厚皮取皮供区创面愈合中的应用效果。方法选取2019年7月-2021年9月浙江省杭州市萧山区中医院65例大腿中厚皮片移植术患者,按随机数字表法分为功能性敷料组33例和对照组32例。功能性敷料组采用脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料覆盖包扎治疗,对照组则采用传统的凡士林纱布覆盖包扎。比较两组创面细菌检出率、换药次数、创面愈合时间和创面瘢痕程度。结果(1)取皮术后第3天,两组创面细菌检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而取皮术后第7天,功能性敷料组创面细菌检出率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)功能性敷料组创面换药次数和伤口愈合时间均少于对照组(P<0.05);术后6个月创面瘢痕程度比较,功能性敷料组VSS评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脂质水胶体硫酸银敷料不仅可以降低创面感染率、促进中厚皮片取皮供区创面的愈合,而且可减少创面换药次数。Objective To observe the application effect of lipid water colloidal silver sulfate dressing in the wound healing of thick area.Methods 65 patients from July 2019 to September 2021,33 patients and 32 patients were control group.The observation group was treated with lipid water colloidal silver sulfate dressing cover dressing,while the control group was treated with the traditional vaseline gauze cover dressing.The wound bacterial detection rate,dressing changes,wound healing time and wound scar degree were compared between the two groups.Results(1)On the third day after skin removal,the detection rate was not different(P>0.05),while the detection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)The number of wound change and wound healing time in the observation group were less than that of the control group;after the comparison of wound scar degree,the VSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Lipid water colloidal silver sulfate dressing can not only reduce the wound infection rate,promote the healing of the wound area of thick skin peel,but also reduce the number of wound changes.
