摘  要:胚胎附植是一个复杂的生物过程,在哺乳动物的妊娠环节中至关重要,其发生受到很多转录调控因子的影响。长链非编码RNA(Long Non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是一类长度大于200核苷酸(nt)的转录本,基本不编码蛋白质,但其参与胚胎发育、肌肉发育、性别决定与分化等多种生物学过程和疾病的调控。本文简述lncRNA的研究现状,主要介绍了lncRNA通过影响子宫内膜容受性、调节蜕膜、调节子宫内膜增殖、调节激素水平等途径促进胚胎附植,以期为哺乳动物胚胎附植期中lncRNA的功能研究提供参考。Embryo implantation is a complex biological process, which is very important in mammalian pregnancy. Its occurrence is affected by many transcriptional regulators. Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA) is a kind of transcripts with a length of more than 200 nucleotides(nt) and basically does not encode proteins. It is involved in the regulation of many biological processes and diseases, such as embryonic development, muscle development, sex determination and differentiation.This paper briefly describes the research status of lncRNA, and mainly introduces that lncRNA promotes embryo implantation by affecting endometrial receptivity, regulating decidua, regulating endometrial proliferation and regulating hormone level.This paper reviews the related research of lncRNA regulating mammalian embryo implantation, in order to provide reference information for the functional research of lncRNA during mammalian embryo implantation.
