摘  要:TGF-β/SMAD信号转导通路是典型的跨膜转导通路,该通路通过一组配体与受体结合,将细胞外的信号转导入细胞内,激活下游的SMAD蛋白、转录调节靶基因,从而介导配体对细胞的生物学作用。在卵母细胞成熟过程受到多种因子调控,其中一些细胞外信号通过TGF-β/SMAD信号通路发挥调控作用。TGF-β/SMAD信号通路主要通过不同的下游信号分子SMADs以自分泌/旁分泌途径方式发出信号,调控颗粒细胞增殖和卵母细胞生长,影响着卵巢发育。近年来,TGF-β/SMAD信号通路对卵巢发育的调控机制已成为生殖生理学领域研究热点之一,本文综述了TGF-β/SMAD蛋白的受体、TGF-β/SMAD信号通路,并分别从配体、调控因子以及与其他通路的作用关系的角度阐述了不同家畜TGF-β/SMAD通路在卵巢发育中的调控作用,为卵巢发育的调控机制研究提供思路,同时为畜牧业生产提供理论基础。TGF-β/Smad signal transduction pathway is a typical transmembrane transduction pathway. Through the combination of a group of ligands and receptors, this pathway transfers extracellular signals into cells, activates downstream Smad proteins and transcriptional regulation target genes, so as to mediate the biological effects of ligands on cells. The process of oocyte maturation is regulated by many factors, some of which are mediated by TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway plays a regulatory role. TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway mainly sends signals through different downstream signaling molecules Smads in the way of autocrine/paracrine pathway, regulates granulosa cell proliferation and oocyte growth, and affects ovarian development. In recent years, the regulation mechanism of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway on ovarian development has become one of the research hotspots in the field of reproductive physiology. This paper reviews TGF-β/Smad protein receptor, TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway, and expound different livestock TGF-β/Smad the regulatory role of pathway in ovarian development from the perspective of ligands, regulatory factors and the relationship with other pathways.It provides ideas for the research on the regulation mechanism of ovarian development and provides a theoretical basis for animal husbandry production.
