热泵热水器换热器表面积灰对性能的影响及化霜除尘验证

摘　　要：研究表明,一套名义制热量为3.2 kW的空气能热泵热水器在人员流动较多且湿度偏高区域安装使用3年后,外侧换热器脏堵面积超过80%,风量衰减46.16%,名义制热工况蒸发温度降低了3.6℃,制热能力衰减了9.3%,能效衰减13.5%,能效等级从一级衰减到三级。该换热器迎风面的脏堵覆盖物质主要由灰尘和织物纤维组成,覆盖物上层蓬松,下层密实。通过热泵结霜化霜试验,验证除尘情况,试验结果表明,结霜化霜并不能有效去除该换热器脏堵物质,采用手工刷除才可彻底清除,使其性能恢复到出厂设计水平。An air source heat pump(ASHP) water heater with nominal heating capacity of 3.2 kW was studied. It was found that after three years of long-term operation in areas with high personnel flow and high humidity, the fouling area of the outer heat exchanger reached more than 80%, the air volume attenuated by 46.16%, and the evaporation temperature of the nominal heating condition decreased by 3.6 ℃, and that the heating capacity attenuated by 9.3%, the energy efficiency attenuated by 13.5%, and the energy efficiency grade has dropped from level one to level three. At the same time, it was found that the fouling substances covered on the windward side of the heat exchanger were mainly composed of dust and fabric fibers, and the covering substances were fluffy in the upper layer and dense in the lower layer. In addition, the study verified the dust removal in this ASHP unit through the frosting and defrosting experiment. The experiments showed that the frosting and defrosting could not effectively remove the fouled substances of this heat exchanger, while manual brushing could and restored its performance to the factory design level.
