摘 要:某型号多联式空调(热泵)机组室外机压缩机四倍频噪声存在波动,最高在60 dB(A)以上,影响产品舒适性。为了分析室外机压缩机四倍频噪声波动的原因,对压缩机结构噪声传递路径上各节点的振动特性进行测试,同时分析压缩机单体振动和噪声特性,确定室外机压缩机四倍频噪声波动是由压缩机单体振动波动引起。分析压缩机内部结构参数及噪声数据发现,定转子间隙是影响压缩机四倍频噪声的关键参数。改善压缩机生产和检验工艺,将定转子间隙控制在0.48 mm以上,室外机压缩机四倍频噪声可以控制在50 dB(A)以内。The quadruple frequency noise of the outdoor unit’s compressor of a multi-connected air-condition(heat pump) unit fluctuates, with a maximum of over 60 dB(A), which affects the comfort of the product. In order to analyze the fluctuation reason of the quadruple frequency noise of the outdoor unit’s compressor, the vibration characteristics of each node on the transmission path of the compressor structure noise are tested, and the vibration and noise characteristics of the compressor body are analyzed. It is deter-mined that the quadruple frequency noise fluctuation of the outdoor unit’s compressor is caused by the vibration fluctuation of the compressor body. By analyzing the internal structural parameters and noise data of the compressor, it is found that the clearance between the stator and the rotor is the key parameter affecting the quadruple frequency noise of the compressor. Through improving the production and inspection process of the compressor, controlling the clearance between the stator and the rotor above 0.48 mm, the quadruple frequency noise of the outdoor unit’s compressor can be controlled within 50 dB(A).
