摘  要:为分析R454C制冷剂在涡旋式压缩机中的应用特性,对R454C,R407C和R404A这3种制冷剂在同一台涡旋式压缩机中的应用进行测试与分析,结果表明:在变工况下,R454C输入功率最低,性能系数最高;在制冷高温名义工况下,R454C性能系数比R407C高4.7%,排气温度低约11℃,压缩机运行范围扩大;在制冷中温名义工况下,R454C性能系数比R404A高10.0%,制冷量减少约12.8%,电流减小约16.7%。最后指出,采用R454C制冷剂,需要考虑增强系统密封性以及调整过电流保护值。In order to analyze the application characteristics of R454C refrigerant to scroll compressors, R454C, R407C and R404A refrigerants applied to the same scroll compressor are tested and analyzed. The results show that under varying working conditions, R454C has the lowest input power and the highest COP;under the nominal cooling condition of high temperature, the COP of R454C is 4.7% higher than that of R407C, and the exhaust temperature is lower than that of R407C by about 11 °C, which expands the operating range of the compressor;under the nominal cooling condition of medium temperature, the COP of R454C is 10.0% higher than that of R404A, the cooling capacity is lower than that of R404A by about 12.8%, and the current is lower than that of R404A by about 16.7%. It is necessary to consider increasing the system tightness and adjusting the overcurrent protection value.
