女大学生心理资本、人际交往与主观幸福感的关系研究

摘　　要：选取广东省某大学357名在校女大学生,运用心理资本量表、人际关系综合诊断量表和主观幸福感量表对其进行问卷调查,采用Bootstrap法检验人际关系的中介作用以了解女大学生主观幸福感的基本情况,并揭示人际关系在女大学生心理资本与主观幸福感中的中介作用。研究结果表明,心理资本和人际关系能显著预测女大学生的主观幸福感,人际关系在女大学生心理资本与主观幸福感之间起部分中介作用。To understand the basic situation of female college students’subjective well-being and reveal the mediating role of interpersonal relationship in female college students’psychological capital and subjective well-being.For this study,357 female college students from a University in Guangdong Province were selected and investigated with the Psychological Capital Scale,Interpersonal Relationship Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale and Subjective Well-being Scale.The Bootstrap method was used to test the mediating effect of interpersonal relationship.The results show that psychological capital and interpersonal relationship can significantly predict subjective well-being of female college students,and interpersonal relationship partially mediates the relationship between psychological capital and subjective well-being of female college students.
