摘　　要：目的 应用知识图谱,对国内关于中药“十八反”“十九畏”配伍的研究现状及发展进行分析。方法 检索中国知识资源总库1962-2021年60年间的关于中药“十八反”“十九畏”配伍文献,运用CiteSpace知识图谱对该领域关键词、作者、研究机构等进行可视化分析。结果 共纳入文献761篇,发文量以2010-2018年为显著增长期。主要合作的研究机构为北京中医药大学和南京中医药大学。发文量最多的作者是钟赣生,最大的作者合作团队是由柳海艳、钟赣生、修琳琳、刘佳、欧丽娜、王茜、陈绍红、李怡文等人合作的团队。研究热点有“甘草”、“海藻”、“反药组合”。结论 中药“十八反”“十九畏”配伍相关文章的发文量以2010年-2018年最多,近期关注度开始下降。北京中医药大学和南京中医药大学的是连接多个研究机构的重要枢纽。“反药组合”出现最晚,是目前研究的热点。临床对“十八反”“十九畏”的应用应该进行合理配伍以降低其毒副作用,以发挥其最大效用。实验室研究是重要的基础研究环节,可以为临床反药配伍应用的选择提供参考。药材的不同品种、质量差异等因素影响“反药组合”的临床应用疗效及毒副作用,临床应选择疗效相对最好的品种、毒性相对最低的反药药材进行配伍组合,以达到治病救人的目的。Objective Applying knowledge atlas, this paper analyzes the research status and development of the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine "18 anti" and "19 fear" in China. Methods The literatures on the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine "18 anti" and "19 fear" in the 60 years from 1962 to 2021 were searched,and the keywords, authors and research institutions in this field were visually analyzed by CiteSpace knowledge map.Results A total of 761 literatures were included, and the number of published papers increased significantly from 2010 to 2018. The main cooperative research institutions are Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine and Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine. The author with the largest number of articles is Zhong gansheng, and the largest author cooperation team is a team cooperated by Liu Haiyan, Zhong gansheng, Xiu Linlin, Liu Jia, Ou Lina, Wang Qian, Chen Shaohong and Li Yiwen. Research hotspots include "licorice", "seaweed" and "anti drug combination".Conclusion The number of articles related to the compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine "18 anti" and "19 fear" was the most from 2010 to 2018, and the attention began to decline recently. The of Beijing University of traditional Chinese medicine and Nanjing University of traditional Chinese medicine are important hubs connecting multiple research institutions. "Anti drug combination" appeared the latest and is the focus of current research. The clinical application of "Eighteen anti" and "Nineteen fear" should be reasonably compatible to reduce its toxic and side effects and give full play to its maximum effect. Laboratory research is an important basic research link, which can provide reference for the selection of clinical anti drug compatibility.
